Single shaft shredder

Machine Features： 

This shredder is used to crush all kinds of hard plastics,such as HDPE,PP,PS,ABS,PVC.,etc.

The hydraulic force feeder will press the material powerfully to rotary knives,with two fixed 

knives and dozens of rotary knives,it can crush the material strongly,safely,and efficiently.

With high quality gear box and PLC control,the rotor can reverse when it is blocked,to 

protect the knives.Finally you will get the material in small pieces,minimum size is about 20mm.

1.This product is for bulky items (head materials, thick,walled large diameter plastic pipe), 

roll film, paper, fiber can be shredded; 

2.Rotor blade knives are removable for easy cleaning, maintenance, maintenance; 

Knife using "V"-shaped installation, turning the knife so that the whole work is to cut material evenly, 

reduce energy consumption, reduce noise; 

3.Each of the blade has four cutting edges, Turning 90 ° and then can be used as 

a new one after worn;
